In an industry where information is not always shared freely, I wanted to build something different, an agency rooted in openness, collaboration, and mutual growth. Here, we rise together. We share knowledge generously. We lead with integrity and kindness. And we create a culture where both designers and clients feel valued.

Elicia Soltesz
Elicia grew up in New Jersey and has been visiting Disney parks since she was a little kid; she even had two of her childhood birthday parties at Disney. She genuinely grew up in a Disney loving family. Today, she is a proud Disney Vacation Club member and Disneyland passholder and she frequents the parks very often throughout the year. Alongside her travel planning career, she also runs her own permanent makeup business, where her strong attention to detail really shines. That same precision, creativity, and care go into every Disney itinerary she builds. She loves sharing insider tips, hidden gems, and personalized recommendations to help her clients experience the Disney trip of their dreams. When she’s not exploring the parks, you’ll find her hanging out with her wife and their dog, working on usually Disney themed puzzles, tap dancing, or catching up on all things Bravo. She can’t wait to help make some magic happen.
Lisa Rossi
From growing up going to Disney at a very young age with her parents, brother, and sister, to living in Florida for many years and reliving her childhood visiting Disney, to now enjoying life with her four year old daughter and experiencing Disney through her eyes, Lisa feels it is an exciting time to have the opportunity to become a Disney Travel Advisor. She has twenty years of work experience in Marketing and Advertising, having held a C Suite position at her last ad agency. Her biggest benefit to joining AMITT is being able to bring new and fresh ideas to drive more awareness of the travel agency. She is extremely personable and loves anything to do with planning and creativity. She currently resides in Ohio, where she grew up, with her husband, daughter, and extended Italian and Hungarian families. There is nothing better than raising a family in the Midwest, snow and all. Her daughter’s favorite lovie in the whole wide world is her two foot tall Minnie Mouse. She can’t wait for her daughter to see all the magic and memories the real Minnie will bring as they begin this new adventure.
Elisabeth Sweeney
Elisabeth grew up in the South Shore of Massachusetts. She has experience working as a travel agent in Florence, Italy, where she had the opportunity to travel to 13 different counties in Europe. Before beginning her travel agent journey she studied abroad in Rome Italy where her passion of traveling began. Her favorite memories as a kid has were going to Disney World with her family. They would roadtrip down during school vacations to get have some fun and enjoy the warm weather. Her recent trip to Disney was at Disneyland Paris and she enjoyed experiencing what Disney was like in another country. She is creative and motivated in everything she does. When she is not planning or going on trips, she is very active. From running marathons to going to pilate classes. Currently she is getting her masters degree in elementary education. Elisabeth can’t wait to plan memorable trips!

She’s had the opportunity to experience Universal Orlando many times, enjoy cruising adventures, and explore different styles of family travel. Whether she’s planning a Disney vacation, a cruise, or her next family adventure, she genuinely loves every part of the planning process. When she’s not dreaming up the next adventure, you’ll find her enjoying life near the beautiful Connecticut shoreline with her family. She survives on family, coffee, and all things Disney.
