Elicia Soltesz
Elicia grew up in New Jersey and has been visiting Disney parks since she was a little kid; she even had two of her childhood birthday parties at Disney. She genuinely grew up in a Disney loving family. Today, she is a proud Disney Vacation Club member and Disneyland passholder and she frequents the parks very often throughout the year. Alongside her travel planning career, she also runs her own permanent makeup business, where her strong attention to detail really shines. That same precision, creativity, and care go into every Disney itinerary she builds. She loves sharing insider tips, hidden gems, and personalized recommendations to help her clients experience the Disney trip of their dreams. When she’s not exploring the parks, you’ll find her hanging out with her wife and their dog, working on usually Disney themed puzzles, tap dancing, or catching up on all things Bravo. She can’t wait to help make some magic happen.
Lisa Rossi
From growing up going to Disney at a very young age with her parents, brother, and sister, to living in Florida for many years and reliving her childhood visiting Disney, to now enjoying life with her four year old daughter and experiencing Disney through her eyes, Lisa feels it is an exciting time to have the opportunity to become a Disney Travel Advisor. She has twenty years of work experience in Marketing and Advertising, having held a C Suite position at her last ad agency. Her biggest benefit to joining AMITT is being able to bring new and fresh ideas to drive more awareness of the travel agency. She is extremely personable and loves anything to do with planning and creativity. She currently resides in Ohio, where she grew up, with her husband, daughter, and extended Italian and Hungarian families. There is nothing better than raising a family in the Midwest, snow and all. Her daughter’s favorite lovie in the whole wide world is her two foot tall Minnie Mouse. She can’t wait for her daughter to see all the magic and memories the real Minnie will bring as they begin this new adventure.
Karisa Penney
Karisa was born and raised on the north shore of Massachusetts and brings a background in hospitality and sales to her role as a travel advisor. With a degree in hospitality management, she loves helping clients feel supported and excited from the very start of planning. Before entering the travel industry, Karisa built a career in the spirits world as a district manager for a major premium vodka brand and later as a national sales manager for an infused spirits company. Her experience in leadership and customer service now translates beautifully into travel planning. Karisa especially loves planning all-inclusive vacations that allow her clients to truly relax without the stress of handling every detail on their own. She also has a special passion for girls trips and bachelorette getaways, helping groups create stylish and unforgettable escapes from start to finish. Whether it's a long overdue getaway with friends or a relaxing beach vacation for moms, Karisa will bring your vision to life! Warm, approachable and highly detail-oriented, Karisa is passionate about helping her clients make lasting memories.

A natural planner with a deep love for all things Disney, Sarah has organized countless vacations for her family including spontaneous girls trips and last minute adventures where she’ll hop on a plane just to spend a weekend in the parks. Her firsthand experience navigating Disney with little ones and coordinating quick, memory packed getaways gives her a unique ability to help families make the most of every moment. When she’s not dreaming up magical itineraries, you’ll find Sarah on the tennis court, hosting friends and family, or enjoying her favorite tradition: taking an aluminum rowboat out onto a quiet pond in Maine with a cold summer beer in hand and watching the sunset over her beloved childhood vacation spot. Sarah brings heart, experience, and a touch of spontaneity to every trip she helps design, making her a valued part of any family’s travel planning journey.
